Welcome to Modern Shelter LLC. We are a new construction and large scale remodel company rooted in the Seattle building and artisan community.
Our work centers around accurate execution of good modern construction design. We are constantly striving to incorporate new technology and products as the industry of building science evolves, this includes our approach to the green building movement. We embrace the real benefits of green construction in our buildings, community, and environment.
